Vahé's Campaign Platform

Upon reelection to the Glendale Community College Board of Trustees, Vahé will make it a priority to address the following:

• The development of an Online program at the College.
• Innovative solutions to lowering textbook costs, including the use of open source textbooks.
• Accommodating as many students as possible and offering the maximum number of classes despite economic hardship due to cuts in state funding.
• Diversification of faculty and staff to reflect diversity of Glendale community while maintaining quality of instruction and services at the College 
• Collaboration with state and federal legislators to increase community college funding.
